Amole focuses his practice on estate administration, estate planning, trusts, and tax. He has significant experience guiding executors, administrators, and beneficiaries through the Alberta estate administration process, from straightforward probate applications to complex and unusual matters. In the past year alone, Amole obtained over 100 Grants for Alberta estates.
His estate administration practice includes applications for Grants of Probate and Administration, resealing, grants of double probate, corrective court applications, and issues involving missing or irregular testamentary/Will documents. Amole has also dealt with matters requiring further Court orders to establish executor authority over digital/corporate estate assets where third parties would not recognize an existing Grant.
Amole also advises clients on estate and tax planning, with a particular focus on trust structures, including qualified disability trusts, spousal trusts, and family trusts. His tax practice includes corporate reorganizations and planning strategies designed to improve tax efficiency, succession planning, and asset protection. He is completing the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program and continues to develop his expertise in tax and trust planning.
In addition, Amole advises on commercial and personal real estate transactions, particularly where real estate intersects with estates, succession planning, and private wealth matters.
